Robert Lee Hardy was born and raised
in Baltimore, M.D. He received his B.F.A. in acting
from the SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Theatre Arts
and Film in 2005. His television and film credits
include HBO’s critically acclaimed hit series
“The Wire,” "The Weeping
City," "Love is a Dog from Hell"
and "Jazz in the Diamond District"
(also starring Wood Harris, Clifton Powell and former
SUNY Purchase classmates, Erica Chamblee and Andre'
Strong).
His recent stage credits include his one man show,
"Me, Myself and Us," "Julius X,"
"A Real Nigga Show," "Flyin’
West," and "The Three Sisters."
